Not all clients have the same goals - So why do agents treat everyone the same???  I could fill this page with the "templated" info you find below, but you, your home, your goals and this experience is unique to you and not cookie cutter like the stuff below.

There are a thousand ways, one can ultimately get there house sold, My Goal is to find the best solution for your unique needs given the available tools to do so!  If your realtor is simply telling you how great they are and how much they are going to do for you but is not asking you in depth questions, and lots of them, you may want to interview another realtor!
